Summary hearings scheduled for yesterday morning regarding zoning violations of the historic Schwab Building in Weatherly were postponed.

The hearings were scheduled before District Judge Joseph D. Homanko.The rescheduled date is Monday, Sept. 12, at 2:30 p.m.The defendant is Larry Halstead of Virginia, owner of the buildings.He allegedly has let the building deteriorate, and was given 16 summary citations by Weatherly Borough Manager Harold Pudliner.
