Robbery reported in Kidder on Friday

Kidder Township police are investigating a robbery that occurred on Friday morning.

Police said the incident occurred about 2:30 a.m. at the Fuel-On truck stop along SR534 at Interstate 80. A suspect entered the business and handed a note to the clerk stating he had a gun. He did not brandish a weapon, police noted.

The suspect made off with over $1,500 in cash, all large denomination bills.

The suspect was described as being a white male, in his early 20s, five-feet, nine to 11 inches tall, wearing light colored pants and a green colored hooded jacket along with a black ski mask.
