Tyler Cimino, 19, of Tamaqua, will be charged with driving under the influence of a controlled substance following an incident in Rush Township on April 19.

Cimino was driving on Claremont Avenue when he was stopped at 12:17 a.m.He appeared to be intoxicated and was transported to the hospital for blood tests. Results of the tests indicate he had methamphetamine and marijuana in his system.He also faces traffic charges.
