A Tamaqua man who violated conditions of parole was recommitted to Schuylkill County Prison, in a decision by Judge James P. Goodman July 2.

David Cipko

, 41, was arrested May 3, 2017, on use/possession of drug paraphernalia by Pottsville Police officer Brian Reno. Cipko has a new max date of Feb. 22, 2020, but he is eligible for parole after submitting a new parole plan and following all drug and alcohol treatment.
