The Carbon County Animal Response Team will hold an orientation on the group at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 26, at the Carbon County Emergency Management Agency, Nesquehoning. Joel Hersh, executive director of the Pennsylvania State Animal Response Team, will be in attendance to answer any questions.

The Carbon CART team is always looking for volunteers who want to help animals during emergency situations.
