Pre-K Counts and kindergarten students at L.B. Morris Elementary School in Jim Thorpe, last week, celebrated the Week of The Young Child, which recognizes the importance of caring for young children and honors the men and women in the education system. During the week, the students in Kate Harleman's Pre-K Counts class learned through various activities and got to dress up as pirates.
