Slatington Volunteer Fire Department will be holding their annual Spring Carnival on Tuesday, May 3 through Saturday, May 7 at the fire station on West Church Street, Slatington.

The carnival hours will be from 6 to 10 p.m. on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. on Friday and from 4 to 11 p.m. on Saturday.There will be special ride prices on Tuesday and Thursday from 6 to 10 p.m. and Saturday from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday there will be a fireworks display (rain date is Saturday). On Saturday afternoon there will be a demonstration by the Emerald Dragon Karate SWAT Team. Also on Saturday, the Flying Fuzz, Dennis Guth, will have his motorcycle on display from 5 to 9 p.m.There is something for everyone. See the fire trucks and meet the firefighters.
