Rain or shine, Easter on the Hill is set Sat.
The annual Easter on the Hill egg hunt in Summit Hill is scheduled for noon on Saturday, April 16.
The event, sponsored by the Summit Hill Recreation Commission, will be held at Ludlow Park.
However, if rain occurs, it will be moved into the Summit Hill Community Center.
Monica Marshall, president of Recreation Commission, said younger people are encouraged to be assisted by an adult.
She also advised that youngsters should bring Easter baskets.
The Easter Bunny will be present. The hunt is for children up to age 12.
Marshall said the Recreation Commission is also working on the annual Stay at Home Celebration, which will be held on May 28 and 29 at the Ginder Field.
This event, annually held on Memorial Day weekend, benefits the Recreation Commission and the Summit Hill Fire Department.
The Stay at Home Celebration features live bands, carnival rides, food vendors, and other events.
