State police at the Schuylkill Haven barracks are investigating a BB gun shooting incident that happened between 6:30 p.m. April 12 and 8 a.m. April 13 in Norweigan Township.

The victim is Robert Koch, 23, of Port Carbon.He told police someone shot two BB pellets at his 2001 Dodge Dakota, resulting in two cracks in the front windshield.The incident happened when the vehicle was parked at Zineas Car Care and Speed Shop along the Seltzer Highway.
