A Schuylkill County fire, that caused an estimated $375,000 in damages, has been ruled accidental.

State police at Frackville said a fire at the Cressona Trucking property, located at 120 Gordon Nalge Trail, North Manheim Township, was accidental in nature.

The fire was reported about 2:13 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 24. Cressona Fire Company, along with the support of surrounding fire companies, responded to the scene and found smoke and flames coming from the roof of the center bay garage.

An investigation revealed that the fire source was a possible electrical malfunction in a vehicle parked in the garage which ignited nearby combustible materials including several large truck tires.

The garage sustained severe fire, smoke and water damage, troopers said.

Three firefighters were injured fighting the blaze.

The property owner is Bryan Hoover, troopers added, and the structure was occupied by Klinger Trucking, Kenneth Klinger, owner.
