Motorist facing charges in Hometown crash

Paramedics tend to motorcyclist Alan Tyson, 45, New Ringgold, at 7:05 a.m. Saturday after a car-motorcycle collison. Charges against 18-year-old Kalvin P. Wright, Hazleton, driver of the car which collided with Tyson's motorcycle, are pending results of testing for driving under a controlled (DUI) of a controlled substance. Wright reportedly tried to flee the scene before his car came to a stop a few blocks east on SR54. The accident took place at the Hometown intersection.
