Nesquehoning Fire Company 1 hosted a fire truck parade in conjunction with their Stay At Home Festival over the Labor Day Weekend. Judges for the trucks were Scott Forster, Bruce Henry, and Steve Ebbert. The ambulance judge was Robert Schagen. Coordinating the truck parade was Mark Nalesnik. Top winners in their categories were Best Appearing and Equipped 1500 GPM 1.Diligent F.C. of Jim Thorpe 2. Lehighton F.C. Best Appearing and Equipped 1750 GPM 1. Coaldale F.C. (pictured); 2 Weatherly F.C. Best Appearing and Equipped 2000 GPM 1. Tuscarora Best Appearing and Equipped Tanker 1. Weatherly. Best Appearing and Functional Aerial 1. Lake Harmony F.C 2. Lansford F.C. Best Appearing and Equipped Light Rescue !. Coaldlae F.C. 2. Phoenix F.C. of Jim Thorpe. Best Apearing and Equipped Heavy Rescue 1. Lansford F.C. 2. Lake Harmony F.C. Best Appearing and Equipped Brush Truck 1. Weatherly F.C. Best Appearing and Equipped Ambulance 1. Lansford F.C. Best KME 1. Walnutport F.C. Special Judges Award 1. Hometown Fire Police The Fireman of the Year Award was presented to Matthew Miller.
