On Sept. 1 at 12:47 p.m., Oscar Santos, 27, of Hazleton was arrested by Rush Township Police for fleeing and eluding and driving under the influence (DUI).

Santos was taken back to the police station for a breath test. The test results were a .197 percent.Police learned that Santos was wanted by ICE. ICE officials picked Santos up and is waiting deportation. Santos said he has been here for 12 years and is from Honduras.
