Realtor's license put on probation

Melissa A. Hascher of Nesquehoning was assessed a $2,000 civil penalty and had her real estate license placed on probation until she completes her criminal probation, based on her guilty plea to a felony and for failing to notify the commission of her conviction of a felony or misdemeanor within 30 days of the plea.

The discipline action was taken by the Pa. Department of State.
