Break-in probed in Summit Hill

Summit Hill police are investigating a possible break-in at a borough residence.

According to police, on Nov. 28, officers received a report from a resident at 272 W. Ludlow St., stating that when he returned from work, he found the kitchen window open and the screen popped out. The resident also stated that articles inside the window were moved to the side.
