A boat motor was found and the owner is being sought.

State police at Lehighton said a 1978 Mercury 700 boat motor, black in color, was found at the top of Buchman Rd., in Ross Township, on Wedneday, Nov. 10, about 11 a.m. Troopers believe the motor was stolen but do not know when or how long ago, possibly several years.Any person having information about the possible owner of the motor, or having a motor stolen similar to it, is asked to call troopers at (610) 377-4270.
