Athletic physicals for fall, winter and spring athletes as well as cheerleaders will be held at the Tamaqua Family Practice on Railroad Street on the following dates and times:

Thursday, July 88:00-9:00 - Grades 7-8; 9:00-11:00 - Grades 9-11 (Minus Football)Thursday, July 298:00-9:30 - Grade 12 and makeup physicals for all grades/sports9:30-11:00 - Grades 9-12 (Football Only)Notes**Physicals will conclude no later than 11:00. Please DO NOT show up at 11:00.**A student-athlete may attend another time frame, but it is encouraged to attend during the scheduled time.**Siblings in different time frames, may come at the same time.**Cost of a physical is $10 for each student-athlete. (Cash preferred; Check payable to the TASD) and must be paid prior to the physical. This fee as of May 24, 2010 has not been waived. It has been waived the last several years by an anonymous donor.**Tamaqua Area School District also has a Pay to Participate fee that is charged. That cost is $10 per sport. All football players in grades 9-12 must attend.
