Fleeing man shot by troopers

A 42-year-old man, reportedly originally from Bucks or Montgomery County who was living in Schuylkill County, was shot and killed shortly after 8 a.m. today in Walker Township by state police while allegedly attempting to steal a vehicle. The victim was reportedly in the pick-up truck or exiting it when he was shot.
