Even if it may have been a little chilly, Sierra Scheirer of Lehighton didn't mind as she was dressed in her kitten hat, purple scarf and warm winter jacket. Sierra was waiting patiently to hunt Easter eggs in the one-year division at the Palmerton Memorial Pool Grove in Palmerton. There were five different age groups participating in the hunt with ten lucky eggs in each group. Special egg prizes were toys geared to that specific age group. All of the children under the age of one were given a small stuffed animal. A large number of children ages up to ten years old attended the egg hunt. The yearly event was sponsored by the Pool Pals.
