Lehighton Boy Scouts hold BSA 100th Anniversary program

Lehighton Boy Scout Troop 82 held its 100th Anniversary of Boy Scouting, Court of Honor.

Boy Scout scoutmaster Scot Wingert began the evening by having a Friends of Scouting presentation by Dennis Nagy of Minsi Trails Council. He then thanked all the family and friends for their support and aid in helping to make the scouting program a success.After the Rank advancement ceremonies the scouts then thanked their parents by presenting them with red and white roses, as well as served them dinner and demonstrating patrol skills.All leaders, committee members and helpful parents were given awards for helping carry the troop.
