Summit Hill Cub Scout Troop 743 held a "bridging" ceremony on Sunday, March 21, in the social hall of the Hope of Christ Presbyterian Church, Summit Hill, where five members of the troop crossed the bridge to Boy Scouting. They included, front, from left, David Gieniec, Michael Witczak, Jacob Snyder, Aaron Rohlfing and Chris Santore, who were welcomed, at right, by Boy Scout Jeremy Thomas of Troop 744, Nesquehoning. With the scouts are, back, from left, scoutmaster Rich Vermillion and den leader Michael Witczak. The boys will now advance to the Nesquehoning troop.
