Pocono Mountain Regional police stopped a vehicle about 12:35 p.m on Wednesday, March 17, along SR196 at Mt. Pocono for dark tinted windows. The driver was identified as Holman Mark II, 22, of Tobyhanna. While writing the citation for the window violation police noticed a set of metal knuckles on the back seat of the car.
