Guy wraps up hoop season at Misericordia University

The Misericordia University women's basketball team recently saw its 2009-10 season end in a Freedom Conference semifinal game at Manhattanville. The Cougars finished the year 15-11, including a 9-2 mark at home.

Junior guard Bernadette Guy, a Tamaqua High School graduate, played in all 26 games. She averaged 1.5 points, 1.8 rebounds and 1.7 assists per game.

Guy scored a season-high six points in a victory at Wilkes on Dec. 2 and pulled down a season-high five rebounds at Eastern on Dec. 5. She dished out seven assists against Penn College on Jan. 25, the highest single-game total by an MU player all season.
