One person was injured Monday in this crash along Mountain Road in Lynn Township, Lehigh County. The crash occurred at noon as the driver was operating his sport utility vehicle east about two miles east of route 309. The driver told emergency personnel he swerved to avoid striking a deer. The unit went across the roadway entering the north berm impacting with a tree at the passenger door. State police at Fogelsville are investigating the incident.
