Ann Grace (Giovino) Montague, a resident at Heritage Hill Senior Community in Weatherly, is celebrating her 96th birthday on March 12.

Born in Wilkes-Barre, Pa. in 1914 Ann attended GAR High School and worked as a buyer for Lazarus department store. She was married to William Montague on Feb. 19, 1939 and was married for 63 years until his passing.Ann is the proud mother of three children, Patricia McClure, Weatherly; William Montague Jr., Clarence, N.Y.; and Marianne, Sairport, N.Y.She is the proud grandmother of eight and great-grandmother of eight.Ann was very active in the Holy Rosary Church Alter and Rosary society and St. Teresa's Little League. Her hobbies include bowling in a women's league, playing Scrabble, and going on group trips.She is a member of Holy Rosary Church in Wilkes-Barre and Our Lady of Lourdes in Weatherly.
