Fifteen local Tamaqua organization representatives attended a two-day social media Internet marketing course offered for the first time in the nation at the Tamaqua Morgan Campus of the Lehigh Carbon Community College.
The course will allow organizations and businesses to build social and business connections, share information and collaborate on projects online via tools such as Facebook and Twitter. It also provides the information needed to take advantage of this new evolving communication method.Future classes are planned for October.
