Henry Woods last week and charged in connection with a forgery committed at the We R Cigarettes store, Mauch Chunk Street, on April 1. Santiago is seen being escorted to his arraignment by Cpl. Woods and Tamaqua Patrolman Michael Hobbs. He was charged with two felony counts of forgery, two felony counts to commit forgery, theft by deception, conspiracy to commit theft by deception and receiving stolen property. Santiago allegedly presented a Social Security check in the name of George Anthony to be cashed, claiming to be Anthony. Unable to post bail, Santiago was incarcerated in the Schuylkill County Prison, Pottsville.
