Trail becomes a river

Fast rainfall Sunday turned the Schuylkill Valley Heritage Trail, which runs parallel to SR-209 east in Tamaqua, into a black river of thick coal dust. The trail is normally red and tan. Black coal dust, located in the adjacent coal banks, which hasn't been stirred up for a while, found its way into mother nature's newly made river.
