Motorcycle crash probed in Lehigh

State police at Fogelsville reported investigating a motorcycle crash that occurred about 12:33 a.m. on Monday, July 19, along Snowdrift Road, at Grammes Road, in South Whitehall Township, Lehigh County.

Troopers said Kenneth Gillispie, 40, of Slatedale, was driving a 1997 Honda 900RR westbound and failed to negotiate a right turn in the road at the intersection with Grammers Road. Gillispie suffered moderate injuries and was taken to the Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township, for treatment. Damages were severe to the bike, troopers said.
