Published July 21. 2010 05:00PM

The third of three charged in the robbery-murder of a Shenandoah man last March waived his right to a preliminary hearing on Monday and had all criminal counts certified to the county court.

Jahmal Ollivirre, 19, whose last known address was 411 Fairview St., Reading, was scheduled for a hearing on July 28 before District Judge Anthony Kilker of Shenandoah. But on Monday his attorney waived the charges to court.

Ollivirre is charged with one count each of criminal homicide, robbery, burglary, theft, aggravated and simple assault; four counts of recklessly endangering another person; and six counts of criminal conspiracy. He is charged in connection with the murder of Bruce Forker, 24, of E. Centre St., during the early morning hours of March 16, during a robbery.

Also charged were Damon Ennett, 29, of Freeland, and Julius E. Enoe, 30, also of the same address in Reading as Ollivirre.

The three remain in prison without bail.

State police at Frackville said the three went to the Forker home to rob him. Forker died of a single gunshot wound to the head. Taken in the incident was $5,000 in cash, troopers said.

In police filings in the matter Enoe has been identified as the alleged shooter in the incident.
