At 1:32 a.m. July 1, a vehicle driven by Ricky Hanes, 46, of 222 N. Walnut St., Summit Hill, was driving up Chestnut Street, turning off Route 902. As he came around the bend, he lost control of his vehicle and hit a parked vehicle, which was propelled into another parked vehicle on Lehigh Street. Hanes was charged with careless driving.

While there, she assaulted a female who was staying there, according to police. Cesanek was charged with burglary, criminal conspiracy to commit burglary, criminal trespass, simple assault and harassment. The men, Anthony Bernardo and Carl Stevens, were charged earlier.

A warrant issued for Cesanek's arrest. She turned herself in and was arraigned before District Judge Casimir Kosciolek of Lansford and jailed under $10,000 straight bail.

Barry Walck, 47, no current address available, on April 20 at 2:37 p.m. allegedly entered the gated yard of an East Hazard Street home and took a Frigidaire from the front porch. Walck was charged with theft and criminal trespass. He was arraigned before Kosciolek and jailed on a detainer from Carbon County Adult Probation.

Also, police received a report from the Tamaqua Area School District on June 11 that two 12-year-old boys began fighting on a school bus in the area of West White Bear Drive, en route to Route 902. The boys continued to fight after they got off the bus. Both were charged with disorderly conduct and harassment.
