New songs released

by Three Dog Night

Three Dog Night has released two new songs "Heart of Blues"/ "Prayer of the Children" available at iTunes, and other major online music stores.

These two new tracks serve as an introduction to Three Dog Night's first album of entirely new songs in over 25 years.

"In today's world of widespread digital distribution we thought it would be significant to introduce our new album as we did in the past by releasing a two-sided single first." offers Three Dog Night co-founder and lead vocalist, Danny Hutton.

Three Dog Night began recording new music over the past few years. "This is a creative business," observes Cory Wells, co-founder and lead vocalist, "and we needed to do new things simply for the soul and life of the band. We decided that we wanted to do this project strictly for fun and not have any outside pressure to get music out on any predetermined schedule."
