Planners give approval to 6 subdivision proposals

The Carbon County Planning Commission gave six subdivision proposals the green light during its monthly meeting on Tuesday. The approved proposals are as follows:

• Lynn A. Coll received plan approval for a proposed subdivision at 702 Spring Mountain Road, Packer Township. The proposal calls for the subdivision of 25.99 acres of land into three lots.

• Justin V. Yaich received conditional plan approval for a proposed subdivision at the intersection of Coal Street and Lentz Trail in Jim Thorpe. The proposal calls for splitting 4.489 acres of land into two lots and combining .258 acres with land owned by Calvin M. and Cindy L. Ulshafer.

• Justin V. Yaich also received plan approval for a proposed subdivision at the intersection of Coal Street and Lentz Trail in Jim Thorpe. The proposal calls for the subdivision of 4.034 acres into three lots.

• Barry Lee Sr. and Susan J. Ahner received plan approval for a proposed subdivision/lot line revision at 58 Beaver St. rear, Mahoning Township. The proposal calls for the combination of three small lots.

• Robert A. and Elaine M. Correll received plan approval for a proposed subdivision at the intersection of Evergreen Road and Fairyland Road in Franklin Township. Plans call for the subdivision of a 68.537 tract into two lots and then combining the .742-acre tract with two acres, owned by Clint A. and Michelle L. Schleicher.

• Jan and Ulla Jurrissen for Rhodo Mountain Estates, section 1C, Lot 2, received conditional plan approval for a proposed subdivision at the previously approved Rhodo Mountain Estates in Penn Forest Township. The plans call for 244.07 acres to be subdivided into 10 lots.
