The Lehigh County Coroner's Office is seeking relatives of Edwin Andaluz, 63, of White Owl Manor, Mahanoy City.Andaluz died on Monday, Jan. 11, at 8:10 p.m. in the Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township.
