Samantha Arlene Simmons, daughter of Michael and Debra Simmons of Lehighton, became the bride of Stephen Frederick Seiple, son of Robert and Barbara Seiple of Nazareth, on Aug. 15, 2009, at Zion

U.C.C. in Lehighton.The Rev. Allen Heckman officiated at the double ring ceremony.Given in marriage by her parents, the bride chose Patricia Stahl as maid of honor.Bridesmaids included Heather Shupp, Lehighton; Nicole Leader, Nazareth; and Linsey Lenhart, Tamaqua.Kirsten Shupp, Lehighton, and Cheyanna Edmonds, Tamaqua, were junior bridesmaids. Jocelyn Motola, Lehighton, was the flower girl.Best man duties were performed by Brian Stahl Sr. of Nazareth.Groomsmen included Donald Seiple, Nazareth; Michael Grubb, Nazareth; and Brett Simmons, Lehighton.Tyler Shupp, Lehighton, and Brian Stahl Jr., were junior groomsmen. Jacob Motola, Lehighton, was the ring bearer.Following the ceremony, the couple welcomed family and friends to a reception at the Allen Township Fire Company in Northampton.The new Mrs. Seiple is employed by Martin Sprocket and Gear in Danielsville.Mr. Seiple is employed by Advanced Valving Design in Allentown.The newlyweds currently reside in Lehighton.
