Vehicle broken into at ski resort

State police at Lehighton are investigating the break-in of a vehicle at the Blue Mountain Ski Resort in Lower Towamensing Township, Carbon County.

Troopers said entry to the vehicle was gained by breaking the driver side window.

Once inside, various items were stolen including a GPS unit, cell phones and wallets.

The listed victims are Warren Edward Pearson, 45, of Whitehall; Richard Lee McFeeters Jr., 47, of Hamilton, N.J.; Joseph Ernest McKairnes, 51, of Hulmeville, N.J.; Elizabeth Paulus Lampen, 27, of Willow Grove, Montgomery County; and Jade Alexandra Daniels, 20, of Levittown, Bucks County.

The incident occurred about 8:10 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 14.
