State police at Lehighton are investigating a burglary reported at the residence of Kyle D. Heydt, 27, of Palmerton.

Sometime between Jan. 30 and Feb. 4, unknown persons entered the residence through a front door and removed $10 in quarters from Heydt's daughter's piggy bank in her bedroom.Nothing else was removed or disturbed in the residence in Lower Towamensing Township.Anyone with information pertaining to this incident is asked to call troopers at (610) 377-4270.
