Blood found at the scene of a Schuylkill County burglary has led to the arrest.

State police at Frackville said while investigating a burglary at the McKinley Carpet Company, located along SR309 in Rush Township, on Nov. 25, 2005, blood was found. The sample was forwarded to the state police laboratory for DNA analysis. Confirmation testing of the DNA sample revealed that the recovered blood matched that of Graham Clifford Hahn, 53, who is presently an inmate at the state correctional institution at Houtzdale, Clearfield County.

On Monday, Feb. 8, troopers charged Hahn with burglary, criminal trespass, theft by unlawful taking or disposition, receiving stolen property and criminal mischief.

During the investigation of the break-in it was learned that forcible entry was made through a fiberglass overhead door. Removed was about $1,320 worth of flooring items. Damages to the building were set at $1,195. The entry occurred between 1 and 8 a.m. on Nov. 21, 2005.
