Published February 04. 2010 05:00PM

A Schuylkill County woman, wanted on 15 outstanding warrants for summary violations, was arrested on Tuesday, Feb. 2, about 4:20 p.m. at the courthouse in Pottsville.

State police at Frackville said Charlotte J. Dowling, 40, of Girardville, was at the courthouse posting bail for a family member for a separate investigation, when she was taken into custody.

Dowling has nine warrants against her issued by District Judge Bernadette Nahas, of Frackville, and six from DJ David Plachko, of Port Carbon.

She was arraigned before duty DJ Stephen Bayer, of Tamaqua, and committed to the prison after failing to post bail.
