State police at Frackville are investigating an incident that occurred along Interstate 81 in Kline Township, Schuylkill County.

On Sunday, Jan. 31, about 2 a.m. Sarah Elizabeth Terry, 23, of Baltimore, Md., was a passenger in a vehicle headed southbound when she and the male driver became involved in a dispute. The male, who is an acquaintance of Terry, proceeded to punch her in the face. He then opened the passenger side door of the car and pushed her out of the vehicle at the above- stated location. He then fled the scene driving a Dodge Stratus sedan with Maryland plates, troopers said.Terry was injured and taken to the Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township, for treatment. The investigation into the incident is continuing.
