'Twas One Crazy Night Before Christmas
LINDA KOEHLER/TIMES NEWS
It "Twas One Crazy Night Before Christmas" at Towamensing Elementary School as the school's chorus presented it's annual Christmas musical under the direction of Natalie Dize. The highlights of the program was the telling of the beloved poem by Mathew Binder, Angel Levering and Sydney Geist with a crazy twist. Musical performances featured an onset of a slew of Midwestern Cousins which meant there would be "Sleepin' on the Floor this Christmas" and interrogators with reindeer guards ask the question of three Santa impersonators, "Will the Real Santa Claus Stand Up?" In a fight over what to watch on television Lynde Kuntz explains there is only one show worth watching and that was explained in "Love that Martha Stewart." The whole ensemble in crazy slippers explain what they're expecting to see under the tree in "Slippers Again for Christmas." Alexandra Crispo showed how preparation for Christmas dinner is a lot like a football game in "Touch Down in the Kitchen." As the whole cast sang "Something to Believe In" everyone felt the spirit of "Christmas Time is Coming."
