West Penn students hold food drive

More than 800 individual food items were raised during the West Penn Elementary School's annual holiday food drive held to help the Tamaqua Salvation Army provide hundreds of meals to needy families. Mrs. Abigail Neverosky's class received an initiative party for raising the most cans, 134. Assistant Principal James Fasnacht helped to organize the drive.
