Car hits pole in Snyders

A little after 4 a.m. this morning, emergency personnel responded to a one-vehicle accident and ejection on West Penn Pike, SR-309, in Snyders, New Ringgold. Reportedly, Natalie Lichtenberger, 28, of Andreas, driving a gold Kia Sportage, was traveling north on SR-309 through Snyders when she hit a patch of ice, lost control and rolled her vehicle. Lichtenberger was ejected from the vehicle. She was flown to St Luke's Hospital in Bethlehem. West Penn Police, West Penn Fire Company and Penn Mahoning Ambulance and EMS responded. West Penn Fire Police detoured traffic around the scene for the duration.
