Drug transaction leads to robbery

An apparent drug transaction led to an armed robbery in Schuylkill County.

State police at Schuylkill Haven said the incident began about 10 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 14, at a parking lto at the Masonic Temple located at Ash and Fourth sts., in Cressona.

Troopers said Joseph M. Krasinsky, 23, of Cressona, pulled into the lot where he was met by three individuals who were later identified as Justin R. Green, 23, of 128 Pine View Lane, New Ringgold, William H. Miller, 20, of 120 Graeff St., Cressona, and Kyle F. Lombel, 18, of 406 Moonhill Drive, Schuylkill Haven.

At the scene Miller exited his vehicle and proceeded to enter Krasinsky's car, sitting in the front passenger seat. As Krasinsky and Miller were proceeding with a drug transaction Green exited the vehicle and approached Krasinsky's car from the driver's side. While wearing a black ski mask Green pointed a black handgun at Krasinsky and jabbed him with the tip of it on his neck while demanding he give him all his money.

Krasinsky proceeded to hand his money over to Green. Green and the other two then fled the scene.

Miller and Lombel were later located and arraigned on robbery, criminal conspiracy and related offenses. The two were released after posting 10 percent of $15,000 bail. A warrant has been issued for the arrest of Green, troopers said.
