Nesquehoning Police Chief Sean Smith reported on the following citations he filed with district court on Aug. 8.

Smith charged Jodi Green, 9 Tunnel St., Lansford, with disorderly conduct for allegedly using obscene language towards Sherri McFarland, 218 W. White St., Summit Hill. The incident occurred on June 10 in the 100 block of W. Railroad St.Green was charged with another count of disorderly conduct, also involving McFarland, for allegedly using obscene gestures towards the victim. The incident occurred on May 26 in the 200 block of W. Railroad St.Smith also charged Green with harassment and two counts of disorderly conduct for an incident on June 7 at 27 W. Catawissa St. She allegedly punched Dean Strohl in the face. Strohl resides at that address.Green was also charged with a moving permit violation. Smith said Green lived at 6 W. Marconi Ave. and allegedly moved without obtaining a permit.Smith also filed a moving permit violation against Steven Gaffney, 9 Tunnel St., Lansford. He resided with Green when he moved to the Lansford address without obtaining a permit.Smith filed a moving permit violation against Rhonda McFarland, 134 W. Railroad St., Nesquehoning, for allegedly moving from 339 W. Catawissa St. without obtaining a permit.
