Lehighton 9/12 Project speaker set for June

Lehighton 9/12 Project will meet at 6:45 p.m. Tuesday, June 22 at Penn's Peak for a discussion on the Second Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.

The speaker, NRA-ILA Grassroots Manager Suzanne Anglewicz, is the manager of Political & Legislative Activities for NRA-ILA's Grassroots Division where she promotes political and legislative activities through various NRA programs in support of the right to keep and bear arms.

In addition, she coordinates and conducts the Association's legislative and election workshops, and represents the Association in events and public speaking engagements nationwide. Before coming to NRA she worked as a law clerk for one of the most noted Second Amendment attorneys in the country, Stephen P. Halbrook, gaining invaluable legal experience working on various firearm cases be- fore the courts, including the United States Supreme Court.

Anglewicz is a Lifetime member of The National Rifle Association and has been an employee at NRA since December 2005.
