State police at Fern Ridge are investigating an incident that occurred along SR715 in Effort, Chestnuthill Township, Monroe County, in which a vehicle was struck by a shot from an air rifle.

Troopers said Arthur Rycerz, 40, of Blakeslee, was driving a Honda Pilot in the above area when the incident occurred about 7:20 p.m. on Monday, April 19. Rycerz was not injured.Anyone with information concerning this incident is asked to call troopers at (570) 646-2271.
