Blue Mountain School District was back before the Schuylkill County Assessment Appeals Board for the third time this month at the hearings being held in the courthouse in Pottsville. The district was successful in having the assessments increased on 33 properties. The decisions added $680,154 to the district's assessment. In the three sessions the school district increased the assessments of properties in the boundaries of the school district by $1,969,271 for the 2010 real estate tax period.

The board ruled Wednesday on the following properties:Courtney G.
