Erin Ferrich weds Andrew Holderman

Erin Ferrich, formerly of Tamaqua, and Andrew Holderman, formerly of Hazleton, were united in marriage on May 24, 2009 at Asbury United Methodist Church in Allentown. The double ring ceremony was officiated by the Rev. Melinda McKonly. John P. Melley, Tamaqua, was the organist.

The bride is the daughter of Cheryl Ferrich and the late Edgar Ferrich of Schnecksville, formerly of Tamaqua.The bridegroom is the son of Laura and Sylvester Jones of Conyngham.Given in marriage by her mother and her grandfather, Carl Gingrich of Emmaus, the bride chose her sister, Abigail Ferrich of Washington as maid of honor. Bridesmaids included Christine Gingrich of Kutztown, cousin of the bride; and Pamela Holderman, Conyngham, sister-in-law of the bridegroom.The best man was Eugene Lombardo Jr. of Hazleton. Ushers included Brian Holderman of Conyngham; and Blake Ferrich of Schnecksville.Following the ceremony, a reception was held in the parlor of the Asbury United Methodist Church. The couple honeymooned at Triple W Stables Bed & Breakfast.The new Mrs. Holderman is a 2006 graduate of Marian Catholic High School. She attends LCCC in Schnecksville where she is seeking a degree in nursing. She is employed as a CNA at Cedarbrook Nursing Home.Mr. Holderman is a graduate of Hazleton Area High School and Luzerne County Community College. He served in the U.S. Army for 10 years, and is currently employed as a CNA at Fellowship Manor.The newlyweds reside in Walnutport.
