Published November 25. 2009 05:00PM

A Nesquehoning woman was arrested following an incident at a residence on Nov. 15 about 4:34 a.m.

Borough officer Carl Breiner was dispatched to 10 W. Catawissa St. to a report of a disturbance. Upon arrival Breiner observed a female being held down by a relative. The female, identified as Valerie Gray, was cursing and yelling at the male to let her up. Male said if he let her up she would probably fight and that she was intoxicated. Breiner advised her to settle down and stop yelling because she was disturbing the neighbors.

Gray continued to yell despite being warned several times to stop. She was told she would be cited for disorderly conduct if she did not stop. After Gray was let go by the male she continued to act disorderly.

Gray was cited for presistent disorderly conduct and public drunkenness.
